Making the decision as to which Senior School you send your child to is a huge step and it is so important to get a feel for a school through open events, private visits and discussions with the Head, students and teachers.
In conjunction with our regular Senior Schools’ Exhibition, we are delighted to introduce our new series of Talking Heads at Longacre. Over the course of the next term we will be welcoming Heads of Senior Schools to talk to parents about their schools. This is an ideal opportunity for you as parents/guardians embarking on the 11 plus process to initially meet Heads and to be able to ask questions in a familiar and informal environment.
On Tuesday 7th March, we will be welcoming Colin Baty, Head of Dunhurst, Bedales Prep at our first Talking Heads Breakfast. You are warmly invited to join him for Questions and Answers in the Dining Room over coffee and croissants from 8.30am.
Please note, this is not an advert for one particular school, rather an opportunity for you, as parents, to understand the 11+ process and the senior school journey, as seen from the other end of the telescope.
In particular, we would recommend this session for families considering any 13+ School, and wanting to know more about the different options which exist for Year 7 and 8 education.
We hope to see you there!
